In reference to the above mentioned subject, we are pleased to invite your kind to our RFQ number LITB-2018-9145583 , You are kindly requested to submit your best proposal including delivery & payment terms to menarobids@unicef.org  no Later than 09.January.2019 at 12:00 PM Amman time, otherwise it will be considered as not valid.

Very Important Note:

1- Bidders must be HP Authorized dealer, and must submit HP Authorization letter.

2- All toners must be genuine HP part, sealed, with replacement guarantee in case not working.

3- Bidders must provide Commercial registration document

4- Delivery Incoterms: DAP UNICEF MENA RO. Amman, Jordan and / or UNICEF Jordan Country office. Amman, Jordan.

5- Delivery Lead-time must be mentioned in the offer.

Bidders are required to submit any questions in respect of this Solicitation Document by EMAIL to aabudari@unicef.org. The deadline for receipt of any questions is 29.12.2018, 04:00 Pm Jordan time.

IMPORTANT:  BIDS ARE NOT TO BE SENT TO THE INDIVIDUAL STATED ABOVE – ANY BIDS SENT TO THE ABOVE-NAMED INDIVIDUAL WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
