FAO invites you to submit a bid for the Manufacture and delivery of Surgical masks & Sanitizers:

1. – 530 boxes (26,500 pcs) FACE MASKS
1.1 Low fluid resistance : 80 mmHg
1.2 Filtration efficiency: BFE ≥ 95%
PFE ≥ 95% @ 0.1 micron
1.3 Breathability – Delta P : < 4.0mm H2O/ cm2
1.4 Flame Spread : Class 1
1.5 Quality Certification – Meets EN14683 rating – Type II Standard. Please provide copies of certification documentation together with your offer.
1.6 Shelf life: Minimum 1 year(also depending on storage conditions), expiry date to be clearly indicated on the product.
1.7 Storage and transportation: Dry and cool (between 5-35 degrees Celsius)

2. Hand Sanitizer (500ml bottles)40 bottles (20 ltrs) & Hand Sanitizer (250ml bottles)1,280 bottles (320 ltrs)
2.1 Option 1: Alcohol based hand sanitizer. Alcohol concentration of more than 60% required. Not causing skin irritation or allergies (no inclusion of colorants, dyes or perfumes). Product offered is fragrance free.
2.2 Option 2: Didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (DDAC) based hand sanitizer with minimum concentration of 0.1%. Not causing skin irritation or allergies (no inclusion of colorants, dyes or perfumes). Product offered is fragrance free.
2.3 Bottle is of 500ml content, plastic or equivalent, squeezable with sturdy closing flip-cap.
2.4 Labelling: Label includes considerations such as: Chemical contents, Batch number and expiry date, Directions for use, Warnings, and Storage considerations as applicable. Label should be in English.
2.5 Shelf life: Minimum 1 year (also depending on storage conditions), expiry date to be clearly indicated on the product.
Storage and transportation: Dry and cool (between 5-35 degrees Celsius)
2.6 Quality Certification – Product is made in accordance with recommendations from WHO Guidelines on Hand Hygiene in Health Care OR certified by a local accredited quality certification authority/laboratory. (Please attach a copy.)
