Purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP)

IDB Invest is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified firms to enter an agreement with the Offeror(s) providing the overall best value to IDB Invest to provide consulting services related to improving processes and designing a testing program to determine effectiveness of those controls to mitigate operational, technology and information security risks detailed in the Terms of Reference attached hereto as Annex A. This RFP is intended to provide Offerors with sufficient understanding of IDB Invest’s requirements to enable them to respond.
