Procurement, Installation, Training and Maintenance of Oxygen Equipment for Health Facilities in the Eastern Region (New Juaben North And Lower Manya Districts)

This contract shall cover the following;

1. Supply and installation of oxygen therapy equipment:

• Provide oxygen therapy equipment in 13 health facilities in New Juaben North and Lower Manya districts according to the attached table, annex 1:
  The oxygen therapy equipment will be provided according to the technical specifications of the guide drawn up by WHO and UNICEF in Annex 2, the link of which

• Ensure that the identified sites are ready to receive the equipment, in particular the quality and reliability of the electrical power.
• Ensure the installation of the equipment on all the identified sites

2. Training and Maintenance of equipment:

• Train health staff, technical maintenance staff, healthcare providers and biomedical engineers on the use and maintenance of equipment with a transition plan for government to take over the maintenance for sustainability.
• Ensure long-term maintenance of oxygen therapy equipment and guarantee the quality of the oxygen produced (monitor with oxygen analyzer).
• Provide the necessary spare parts such as filters for concentrators, etc.
• The equipment installed in all 13 health facilities should be operational for a minimum of 12 months.
