Procurement of fertilizers to be delivered to different rayons of the Kyrgyz Republic

Item Description:

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites you to submit an offer for the procurement of fertilizers to be delivered to different rayons of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Detailed description of commodity and quantity:
Fertilizers:

1. Carbamide – 18 350 kg.
2. Ammonium nitrate- 115 550 kg.

Delivery Times: Within 14 calendar days after issuance of FAO Purchase order to rayons (Kochkor, At-Bashy, Suzak , Kara-Suu and Nookat ) of the Kyrgyz Republic.

• Destination country/countries – Kyrgyzstan on DAP Incoterms 2010 basis.

If you are interested in submitting an offer, please make sure to have, at least, a UNGM Basic Registration with FAO (www.ungm.org).

Instructions on how to access FAO tender documents through UNGM are attached below; please follow these instructions when submitting your bid.

Mandatory requirements / documents:

• Registration on the United Nations Global Market (UNGM);
• Legal entity certificate from the relevant authority (enclose a copy);
• Duly Accomplished Technical Specifications Form as provided in Appendix “I”.
• Duly Accomplished Financial proposal form as provided in Appendix “II”
• Duly Accomplished Bid Submission Letter as provided in Appendix “III”
• Full acceptance of the FAO General Terms and Conditions for Goods.

Offers will only be accepted if submitted through the UNGM Portal. 
Offers not submitted through the UNGM Portal will be invalidated.
