The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule should be submitted in accordance with Section 6.

UNDP Moldova will organize on its premises a pre-bidding conference on 22 October 2018, at 10:00 (Moldova local time). Representatives of all interested Bidders are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to sc.md@undp.org by COB on 21 October 2018.

Bids can be submitted only electronically. Bids received by e-mail or by fax will be rejected. Incomplete bids shall not be examined.
