Procurement of Office Chairs and Chairs for meeting rooms for the WCO PNG Office

Item Description:

The World Health Organization (WHO) is seeking offers for office furnitures. Your Company  is invited to submit an offer  in response to  this Invitation to Bid (ITB).

Requirements

WHO requires the successful bidder, to provide quotations with detailed specifications as per the attached detailed list of requirements and specifications .

The successful bidder shall be a company operating in the field of office furnitures with proven expertise and references.

Bidders should follow the instructions set forth in the Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents in the submission of their offer to WHO.

Offer

The offer and all correspondence and documents relating thereto shall be prepared and submitted in the English  language.

The offer should be concisely presented and structured to include the following information:

• Presentation of your Company  (please complete Annex 2)
• Technical Offer (details on how your company would accommodate the request, delivery timeline, warranty..
• Financial offer – Details of cost/unit and other related costs including delivery to the final recipients and Currency.
• Information which the bidder considers confidential, if any, should be clearly marked as such.

• Company Profile {for institutional applications} / Annex 2. Vendor information form
• Technical Offer, in addition to the following attachment and below annexes
  • Product specifications (e.g. item catalogue, brochures)
  • Annex 4: Self-Declaration Form
  • Annex 6: Confidentiality undertaking
• Financial Offer
