Procurement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for Provincial Health Offices

FAO is seeking to award a Contract for the Procurement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for Provincial Health Offices are following:

I. List of PPE to be delivered to Luang Prabang

1. Alcohol 70° 500cc, Bottle 500 mL, at least 80% ethanol or 75% isopropyl alcohol (v/v)-200 Bottles
2. Hand gel 500cc, Hand sanitizer gel 500 ml/bottle-100 Bottles
3. PPE Suits/Gown, isolation, Single use, disposable, made of nonwoven material, length mid-calf. Sizes: M:80 ,L:80 , XL:40 200 Piece
4. Masks N95 500 Piece
5. Gloves, Nitrile Sterile gloves, examination, nitrile (preferable), latex, polychloroprene or PVC, powder-free, non-sterile (e.g. minimum 230 mm total length). Minimum thickness 0.05 mm. Sizes: M: 15, L: 15 30 Pack (50 pairs)
6. Face shields, Made of clear plastic and providing good visibility to both the wearer and the patient. Adjustable band to attach firmly around the head and fit snuggly against the forehead, fog resistant (preferable). Completely cover the sides and length of the face. May be reusable (made of robust material which can be cleaned and disinfected) or disposable 200 Piece
7. Shoe cover, fluid-resistant, wet/dry surface slip resistant 100pcs/pack, color: blue 20 pack
8. Medical Bouffant Cap/Disposable Hair net 100pcs/pack, color: blue 10 pack

II. List of PPE to be delivered to Oudomxay

1. Digital thermometer with hand gel dispenser 10 Set
2. Alcohol 70° 500cc, Bottle 500 mL, at least 80% ethanol or 75% isopropyl alcohol (v/v). 350 Bottle
3. Hand gel 500cc, Hand sanitizer gel 500 ml/bottle, 350 Bottle
4. PPE Suits, Single use, disposable, made of nonwoven material, length mid-calf. Sizes: M: 60, L: 60 , XL: 41, Spec (• AAMI PB70 (Level 1-3) and ASTM F3352 • EN 13034 – Type PB [6] (stitched gown), with minimum hydrostatic head of 50 cm H2O or alternative equivalent set of standards), 161 Pieces.
