Procurement of Photovoltaic Power System Equipment

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The People’s Republic of China has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost of Guangxi Baise Vocational Education Development Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Instrimpex International Tendering Co., Ltd (CNIITC, the “Procurement Agent”), authorized by and on behalf of Baise University (the “Purchaser”), invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the goods and related services to be procured as briefly described as follows:

One set of Photovoltaic Power System equipment, the related services include inland transportation, insurance of the equipment to the project location, installation and commissioning, and training to the Purchaser.

Delivery period: within 120 days after contract signing (including installation and commissioning).

Warranty: three (3) years.

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
