Providing Health Services to IOM Offices in Iraq

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

IOM Bids Evaluation and Award Committee (“BEAC”) now invites Expression of Interest from Registered Healthcare Services Providers in Iraq for Providing health Services to IOM offices in Iraq as per the below:

1. Clinic Premises Rental (in Erbil)
2. Laboratory Services (in Baghdad)
3. Laboratory Services (in Erbil)
4. Radiology Services (in Baghdad)
5. Radiology Services (in Erbil)
6. Specialist Consultation Services (in Baghdad)
7. Specialist Consultation Services (in Erbil)

Note: Bidders are free to apply for one or several sectors from the above listed sectors, in one or both geographic locations.

The Expression of Interest shall contain information on the following:

1. A covering note in the letterhead of the Service Provider, signed by the authorized official and Stamped mentioning the sector interested in from the above 7 sectors.
2. Service provider profile showing relevant services offered.
3. Service provider valid official registration certificate and/or a copy of the license from the local authority in Iraq while being specialized in health service field.
4. Qualification and experience of relevant professionals and technical personnel currently maintained. Please share a table of your permanently key employed staff (Name, Designation Qualification and No. of Years of Experience)
5. Track record and experience of the company in similar assignment including list of major clients served during last three years. (please list the year, client name, description of services and contract amount) and provide documentary evidence. Also provide testimonies for this purpose or references or contact details (name, phone number and email address) of minimum 3 top clients.
6. Proof of financial competency: 1) audited financial statements for the 2 two financial years 2018-2019 – 2019-2020, or 2) bank statement for the last two years, until April 2021, or 3) copy of the turnover of the last two financial years 2018-2019 – 2019-2020.
