Item Description:
The European Commission, Directorate General Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion is launching this open procurement procedure on behalf of the European Labour Authority, referred to below as the contracting authority. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
The subject of this call for tenders is the Provision for Insurance brokerage services for ELA as indicated in the contract notice.
The Authority is currently in a temporary location in Brussels and is expected to start moving to its permanent premises in Bratislava in Q1 2021. The first floor to be occupied will be the 14th floor at the beginning of 2021, followed by the 13th floor to be occupied still within Q1 2021. The conference floor as well as the 11th floor will be made available at the latest in Q2 2021. The building is located in the Bratislava I district and will include approximately 5 342 square meter gross floor area, 4 955square meter net floor space and 4 719 square meter usable working area.
