Provision of a rental service for Digital Printing Systems (DPS) for the UNOG Printing Section

The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) on behalf of the Printing Section, wishes to receive Expression of Interest (EOI) for an Invitation to Bid (ITB) that it intends to launch for the rent of Digital Printing Systems (DPS) that use toner, for the production of three types of product, black and white printed conference documents, black and white publications and colour printed publications.

UNOG seeks newly manufactured digital printing equipment (with no used or refurbished parts) on a lease basis.

Vendor must manage and provide supplies including consumables such as toner cartridges, staples, spare parts, and other items directly associated with the daily operation.

Vendor must provide software upgrades.

Vendor must provide installation, maintenance and support, including on-site operator training for five staff, follow-up training for any major software or hardware upgrade at the supplier’s cost.
