Item Description:

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for the Provision of An Individual Treasury Investment Management System Consultant Services. IFAD seeks an integrated, cloud-based end-to-end systems solution to support its Treasury function. Daily TRE operations in the area of investment portfolio management and derivatives trading is expected to grow significantly as a result of ongoing internalization of the investment portfolio management as well as an increase in derivatives execution and management to support strengthened risk management practices of IFAD’s more diversified capital market activities. TRE aims to strengthen the systems and controls related to the trade registration, position management and reporting analytics for both IFAD’s investment portfolio as well as IFAD’s derivatives activities.
