Provision of Armed Security Services for the UNCC Compound in Bosaso, Puntland State of Somalia

The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Provider for the Provision of Armed Security Services for the UNCC Compound in Bosaso, Puntland State of Somalia for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.

The IOM through the Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (hereinafter called BEAC) now invites Service Providers to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: Armed Security Services for the UNCC Compound in Bosaso, Puntland State of Somalia.

More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).
The consulting firm will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

The Proposals must be delivered by hand in sealed envelope to the Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (BEAC) on or before 26th August 2019, at exactly 17:00 Hours to IOM with office address at:

IOM Somalia Office at Aden Abdulle International Airport (AAIA),
Mogadishu, Somalia.

No late proposal shall be accepted.

The BEAC reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms.
