Provision of audio-visual conference equipment for main meeting rooms in IFAD HQ

Item Description:

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is an international financial institution and a specialised agency of the United Nations dedicated to eradicating poverty and hunger in rural areas of developing countries.

Objective of this tender

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic crisis and the consequent lockdown measures, it emerged the urgent need to increase the meeting capacities of the organization (in particular the ability to organize hybrid meetings: people onsite and people who connect from remote) and improve the business continuity of IFAD, to be able to operate and continue delivering its mandate in unforeseeable circumstances.

The purpose of this ITB is to add further conference system components in line with the included technical specifications from the prospective Vendors that have the capabilities to deliver all materials in IFAD HQ (Rome) by 29 December 2020.

Vendors are invited to submit a written proposal as set out in the attached instructions (see also document “IFAD 2020 025 ITB Instructions on how to access documents”).
