Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (hereinafter referred to as “ADB”) wishes to receive bids from prospective bidders for the provision of Bespoke in- house training services for ADB Private Sector Operations (hereinafter referred to as “Services”).
The successful bidder (herein referred to as ‘Supplier”) shall provide ADB with the Services on a retainer basis as set forth in the Work Performance Statement (WPS) [Appendix 1] for a period of three (3) years.
The sealed Bids to be submitted through our eProcurement system should be completed and submitted to ADB in accordance with the provisions contained in the “Instructions to Bidders”.
Service providers who are interested to enter into a retainer arrangement for bespoke in-house learning services for private sector operations should access the instructions to bidders document and the corresponding vendor response forms (appendixes). The instructions to bidders document contains information such as the Work Performance Statement, Service Level Standards and details of the bid procedures, requests for clarifications, and submissions of bids.
