Provision of Building Exterior and Skylight Restoration Services

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB or “the Bank”) requests Proposals for the provision of Building Exterior and Skylight Restoration Services at the Bank’s buildings in Washington, D.C. and its Ashburn Facility in Virginia. The Bank hereby solicits Proposals from Offerors who have the qualifications, capabilities and experience to act as Contractor to perform the services requested by Bank. Contractor will work with Bank and Engineer to complete the Project in an expeditious and economic manner by providing construction services which are consistent with Bank’s needs and as set forth in this RFP.

The Bank is owned by its 48 member countries with headquarters in Washington, D.C. and Country Offices in each member country of Latin America and the Caribbean and special offices for Europe and Asia. The Bank provides loans, technical assistance and policy guidance to further its goals of poverty reduction and sustainable development in the Latin American and Caribbean regions. The Project scope includes, but is not limited to, providing the overall best value to the Bank for the provision of Building Exterior and Skylight Restoration Services at the Bank’s buildings located at 1300, 1330 and 1350 New York Avenue, N.W., Washington DC and its Ashburn Facility, located at 21301 Beaumeade Circle, Ashburn, VA. This RFP solicits Lump Sum Proposals.
