Item Description:
The United Nations Integrated Office in Haiti (BINUH) is seeking offers from potential Service Provider(s) for the provision of reliable, continuous, uninterrupted power supply to its establishment at various locations in Port au Prince, Haiti, on a turn-key basis, comprising, and not limited to:
- Office Accommodations
- Co-locations at Police Stations
- SRSG’s Accommodation
- Communications Hubs
The requirement for power supply shall be on location-by-location basis, in order to facilitate the management of the contract at the onset in every location requiring provision of power supply.
The resulting contract shall be for a Turn-Key provision of power supply to BINUH’s managed facilities and Police Co-locations in Port au Prince, Haiti, utilizing equipment owned, installed, operated and maintained by the Service Provider(s).
The contract shall include provision of fuel by the Service Provider(s) for running the generators.
