Item Description:

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is an international financial institution and a specialised agency of the United Nations dedicated to eradicating poverty and hunger in rural areas of developing countries.

Purpose of this Invitation to bid (ITB)

The purpose of this ITB is to purchase CISCO networking equipment (mainly Cisco Core Switches Catalyst 9400) for its Headquarters in Rome, and secure related services (Installation, support and technical maintenance).

The tender is soliciting offers from certified Cisco Gold Partners, have the capabilities to deliver all materials in IFAD HQ (Rome), in line with the included technical specifications, by 31 January 2021.

Qualified vendors are invited to submit a written proposal as set out in the attached instructions (see also document “IFAD 2020 020 ITB Instructions on how to access documents”).
