Provision of Citrix Subscriptions and Enterprise Support Services

The United Nations seeks qualified vendors with global deployment rights to provide comprehensive Citrix subscription licenses and support services under the Cloud Software Group’s subscription model. This includes access to the complete Citrix product portfolio, first-level support, and global service coverage. The contract period is structured as 3+1+1 years with options for renewal.

Below is a list of Citrix SKUs corresponding to the active licenses in use at the United Nations, and which are set to expire in July 2026:

• SKU 6000733
• SKU 6002117
• SKU 6000594

Existing licenses may need to be upgraded or converted to new SKUs in accordance with the current Citrix licensing model.

The UN is expected to manage approximately 2,100 concurrent user licenses.

This figure does not represent a commitment to future purchases but rather reflects historical purchasing patterns.

Vendors must provide comprehensive pricing information, including unit costs, available licensing tiers, and any applicable volume or multi-year discounts for the following subscriptions. Vendors should also outline options for purchasing additional licenses on a buy-as-you-go basis.
