The European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust) is an EU agency for judicial cooperation in criminal matters. We are committed to transparency and informing European citizens of its activities via various communication channels.

Eurojust assists prosecutors and other investigators from EU Member States in cases of serious crime where that crime affects two or more Member States, or requires prosecution on common bases, on the basis of operations conducted and information supplied by the Member States’ authorities, by Europol, by the EPPO and by OLAF.

Eurojust acts at the request of the competent authorities of the Member States or on its own initiative. In some cases Eurojust can act at the request of the European Commission or the European Public Prosecutor’s Office.

In mid-2017, Eurojust moved to its custom made and permanent premises in the International Zone of The Hague. The office building and its premises cover 18,548m2 meters and are home to more than 400 workplaces and dedicated state-of-the-art conference and interpretation facilities. A connected underground parking space of more than 7000 m2 can facilitate 276 cars and 100 bicycles for employees and visitors.

Scope of the contract

Eurojust seeks to establish a framework service contract for the provisions of the following:

• Cleaning services and supplies
• Hygienic/sanitary supplies
• Waste management and off-site assets disposal
• Pest control
• Indoor plant care (plants, flowers and decorations).
