Provision of Data on e-commerce for the UNCTAD ICT Policy Reviews

Item Description:

The work to be conducted involves the provision of a license to use a proprietary database on e-commerce. This information will be used to develop the national e-commerce strategies for requested countries (currently Egypt and Rwanda) for the UNCTAD ICT Policy Review – National e-Commerce Strategies Projects and related research and analysis work. Brief Description of Requirements: UNOG intends to establish a Contract, on a sole source basis on behalf of UNCTAD, for 2 years with the possibility of extension for futher 2 year periods and 1 more year period 1 at the sole discretion of UNOG. However if vendors believe that they can meet the below requirements, please return a completed EOI provided evidence of their related services. The Data Provider should include a customized, branded external portal on e-commerce with: • All Analyst Reports published during the subscription (at least 150) • Access to all content in the Data Provider’s Portal (a searchable database of over 85,000 up to date charts and graphs), including: – Articles – released daily providing context around new data, analysis and research discussing latest trends and data culled from thousands of sources. – Interviews – provide readers with best practices, thought provoking questions and insight directly from far-reaching thinkers in digital marketing and media today – Webinars – live insight from the Data Provider analysts on hot topics and trends – Digital World Atlas – provides global data on major markets and countries • A customized, branded external portal with: – Customizable alerts – Ability to manage content in folders that can be shared with other end-users – Access to a dedicated account manager who liases with researchers for help with search requests and coordinates access to analysts for questions related to reports.
