Item Description:
The United Nations Verification Mission in Colombia (UNVMC) is searching for qualified companies who can provide proposals for the provision of Drugs and Pharmaceutical products for human consumption with delivery to our Headquarters Offices located in Bogotá, Colombia
A long term contract will be signed with awarded vendor for a period of one year and two additional extensions (1+1+1) depending on performance and quality services.
Companies should be duly certified and authorized by the Colombian Government, and have their santirary registration which allows them to comply with the required services.
Drugs and pharmaceutical products to be delivered should be clearly identified, authorized by the Ministry of Health and the manufacturing company, have the possibility as well to provide high quality products ready to be administered to patients in accordance to medical recipe to be provided only by the UNVMC ́s Medical Officer.
Companies should manage properly the shelf life of the products to be provided with clear identification of the expiration dates and/or otherwise count with a replacement policy as and when required.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY)
Interested companies should express their interest and show their experience in the provision of Drugs and Pharmaceutical products such as medicines and medical supplies, show knowledge of the colombian pharmaceutical regulations such as product registration and specifications of original and generic pharmaceutical products with updated registration and certification of the products to supply approved by the Republic of Colombia ́s authorities.
