Provision of Emergency Notification System as SMS, voice calls, and/or e-mails

The Procurement Unit (PU) of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) on behalf of the Security and Safety Service (SSS) hereby invites qualified Vendors to submit their Expression of Interest (EoI) for the provision of emergency notification services (sms, voice calls and/or e-mails) as an initial method for notifying staff of the Vienna based organizations (VBO) in the event of an emergency incident at the Vienna International Centre (VIC) and in Austria.

Further details will be communicated to interested vendors via the tendering documents.

Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of a bid and/or proposal. This is a Request for Expression of Interest (EoI) in order to identify qualified vendors interested in participating in the solicitation.

Interested vendors must provide the completed Vendor Response Form (attached below), including the UNGM Vendor Registration Number. UNOV will examine the EoI and reserves the right to select the invitees for competitive bidding. Accordingly, an Expression of Interest does not automatically warrant an interested vendor’s participation in the competitive bidding exercise.
