The European Medicines Agency (referred to below as ‘EMA’ or ‘the Agency’) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union, the invitation letter, the tender specifications and their annexes including the draft contract. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
This call for tender aims to put into place contractual arrangements with a maximum of three economic operators in priority order for the provision of services, on a time and means basis, quoted time and means or fixed price basis that will enable the Agency to acquire resources not employed directly by the Agency in the domain of IT software development, implementation and maintenance for the Clinical Trials Information System.
