The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (the “Global Fund”) invites all potential suppliers (the “Bidders”) to submit proposals for the above-captioned Request for Proposal (RFP).
This RFP is comprised of the following sections and attachments:
- Section 1: Terms of Reference
- Section 2: Proposal Requirements and Evaluation
- Section 3: Proposal Submission
- Section 4: Legal Matters
- Appendix A: Cost Proposal Template
- Appendix B: The Global Fund Certificate of Conformance
- Appendix C: The Global Fund Terms and Conditions of Purchase of Services (“Terms and Conditions”)
Summary
This RFP is for the provision of Field Security Services for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, tuberculosis and Malaria (the “Global Fund”) worldwide.
The Global Fund will issue the winning bidder with an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) valid of a period of 3 years, allowing the Global Fund to call off services at pre-agreed rates as and when the need arises.
The IQC will be governed by the Global Fund’s Terms and Conditions for Services (August 2020).
