Provision of Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing Air Transportation Services in support of the United Nations Integrated Transition Assistance Mission in Sudan (UNITAMS)

The United Nations Procurement Division is seeking Air Operators interested in the Provision of Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing Air Transportation Services in support of the United Nations Integrated Transition Assistance Mission in Sudan (UNITAMS).

Summary of Requirement:

The United Nations seeks capacity for the provision of Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing Air Transportation Services in support of the United Nations Integrated Transition Assistance Mission in Sudan (UNITAMS). The services will be required throughout the Mission area. The aircraft will be based in Khartoum, Sudan (main operations base) but for operational reasons could be relocated to other main operations bases during the potential contract period. The operating area will include, but not be limited to Abyei, Sudan, South Sudan, bordering countries, Ethiopia, Uganda, Kenya, Botswana, Zimbabwe and South Africa.

Air transportation services required shall mainly include logistical re-supply, passenger/cargo transportation, observation/monitoring, VIP, negotiation liaison, aeromedical / casualty evacuation (medevac / casevac), Search & Rescue (SAR), Search & Reconnaissance and adhoc special flights.
