    Item Description:

    The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicit Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors to provide a Global System for Mobile Communication Services (GSM) for UNMISS in South Sudan. Below is the breakdown of the services required:

    1.1 Mobile Voice Services for national & international calling
    1.2 SMS services, both unicast and group broadcast
    1.3 3/4G Data services
    1.4 Direct Inward Dialing/Direct Outward Dialing (DID/DOD) in UNMISS

    The intended term of contract is for initial period of three (3) years with optional extension of two (2) years of one (1) year each, under the same terms and conditions.

    Conditions

    Interested vendors are invited to submit their EOIs for consideration by email, courier or by hand delivery as indicated below. The EOI must include, at a minimum, the following documentation/information:

    • Company must be registered in UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) using the link https://www.ungm.org or should start their registration process immediately if not registered. Companies are strongly advised to register or upgrade to Level two [2] status.
    • Company’s name, address, telephone, e-mail and UNGM registration number.
    • Vendors must be registered in UNGM under the services (UNSPSC No. 83111600 – Mobile communications services) in order to participate in the solicitation for this requirement.

    Important Notice:

    This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.

    The “EOI Form” is available in “Business Opportunities” Section of the http://www.ungm.org website.

    The EOI, clearly marked ” Provision of Global System for Mobile Communication Services (GSM) for UNMISS” must be received by UNMISS no later than COB of Friday, 12 June 2020 at 16:00 hours (GMT or UTC +3), via email to hilowle@un.org with copy to wambuguk@un.org and tewodrosk@un.org. By courier or hand delivery to the Chief Procurement Officer, UNMISS, Procurement Section, Room 3C/02, UNMISS Logistics Base, Tomping, South Sudan, Attention: Mohammed Hilowle.
