Provision of ICT Racks, Cabling and other Infrastructure Elements

Europol is the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation, which supports its Member States in preventing and combating all forms of international serious organised crime, cybercrime and terrorism. Europol’s vision is to contribute to a safer Europe by providing the best possible support to law enforcement authorities in the Member States.

Scope and Objectives

The objective of this tender procedure is to provide Europol with goods and services related to standard and custom-made ICT racks for Europol sites:

• goods: include but not limited to standard and custom built ICT racks with related copper and/or fibre backbone/patch cabling and active and passive infrastructure components including related maintenance;
• services: include but not be limited to installation of goods, implementation and configuration of software, consultancy, project management, training, transport, storage and support (on-site and remote), as well as any other activity related to Data Centre design, building, and support including specialised data centre cleaning. Services could also include project management and consultancy related to Data Centre and/or ICT racks, for new structures as well as expansions of the current Europol environment.
