Provision of Integrated Electronic Communications Services to UNFICYP

• Broadband Terrestrial Internet Connections: UNFICYP currently maintains two (2) broadband terrestrial Internet connections of 70/70Mbps at two separate locations: Blue Beret Camp (BBC), United Nations Protected Area (UNPA), Nicosia and Ledra Palace Hotel, Nicosia.
• Broadband Telephony Services: UNFICYP’s PABX brand name and model is Mitel MX-ONE. UNFICYP currently has two (2) Session Initiated Protocol (SIP) Trunks 30/200 concurrent calls on Ethernet Access with an additional 1800 Direct Inward Dials (DIDs) at two separate locations: BBC, UNPA, Nicosia and Ledra Palace Hotel, Nicosia. Thirty (30) concurrent calls are available at each location for redundancy purposes.
• Cellular mobile voice, data and associated support services: UNFICYP currently uses 300+ mobile SIM cards with associated services.
• TV, Internet & Landline Home Service/Packages: UNFICYP currently has 5+ Internet Home Connections at various locations within Nicosia.

2. The resulting contract(s) shall be for an initial period of three (3) years, with an option to extend for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each. The anticipated contract(s) commencement is October 2019.

3. In this regard, UNFICYP would like to identify vendors that would be interested to participate in the competitive solicitation exercise.
