Provision of Interpretation and/or Cultural Mediation services for EASO

Item Description:

The European Asylum Support Office (hereinafter referred to as “EASO” or “Contracting authority”) has a requirement for the Provision of Interpretation and/or Cultural Mediation services for EASO.

Overall Objective

The overall objective of this procurement procedure is to conclude multiple Framework Service Contracts (hereinafter FWCs) for the provision of reliable and high quality services of face-to-face interpretation and/or cultural mediation and/or remote interpretation. The resulting contracts will serve as operational preparedness tools and provide for contingency capabilities, enabling EASO to request services if and when needed for its operational activities. Any volumes of services will therefore largely depend on operational needs and cannot be foreseen at the present moment. To that end, minimum volume of services cannot be established or expected.

This call for tenders is divided into 4 lots:

• Lot 1 “Provision of Interpretation and/or Cultural Mediation services for EASO in EU Member States (excluding Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Italy, France, Malta, Portugal and Spain) and in the associated countries”
• Lot 2 “Provision of Interpretation and/or Cultural Mediation services for EASO in Turkey, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Kosovo 1 , Montenegro and Serbia”
• Lot 3 “Provision of Interpretation and/or Cultural Mediation services for EASO in Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, Libya, Jordan, Lebanon, Niger and other third countries”
• Lot 4 “Provision of remote interpretation services to locations in Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Italy, France, Malta, Portugal and Spain”
