Provision of IT Advisory and Managed Services for UNEP North America Office

The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON), on behalf of United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) invites qualified interested firms to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming solicitation for provision of IT Advisory and Managed Services for UNEP North America Office.

The scope of the requirement will involve providing basic technical assistance to end users, both remotely and in office when needed, on issues related to ICT services. Services required shall include:

Category 1: Technical Support – Service requirement may include among others:

• Perform local security administration
• Register and manage users workstations
• Ensure that local applications are properly licensed;
• Assist users in backing up data residing on local PCs;
• 9:00A to 5:00P DC time inclusive support to all user IT issues with SLA
• Ticketed support system with dedicated, secure customer portal.
• Remote support to be included
• Quarterly CIO IT strategy meetings (onsite/virtual)
• Monthly Executive Summary reports of IT related items.
• Full system Inventory with warranty tracking and planning.
• Workstation Hardware replacement labor or liaison with manufacturer support officials.
• Wipe off data upon user’s exit
