Provision of IT Equipment for a project using ICT for rural development in Niger

Item Description:

The International Telecommunication Union (‘’ITU’’) issues the present Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) to appoint a company responsible to provide IT Equipment for a project using ICT for rural development in Niger.

For more information about the specific Goods to be provided, please see the Technical Specifications (Annex 1) to this Request for Quotation.

The equipment shall be delivered to:

Any purchase order resulting from this RFQ shall contain the ITU General Terms and Conditions (Annex 2). ITU reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of goods required when awarding the contract and would not expect a significant variation of the unit prices submitted.

RFQ Deadline

Please take note that the closing date of the present Bid has been extended to allow more time to bidders to prepare their offers.

Quotations shall be submitted by email to Proc@itu.int with cc. to salimata.diallo@itu.int by no later than Friday, 08 February 2019 at 15:00 hours (Geneva Time).

RFQ amendment(s) 

ITU reserves fully the right for any reason and whether at its own initiative or in response to a request for clarifications to amend this RFQ prior to closing date.
