Item Description:
The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) hereby requests interested firms to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Provision of IT Equipment maintenance, support and rental services for UNEP Mediterranean Action Plan (MAP) office in Greece.
The MAP office supports several staff members, Interns and consultants. There are currently (33) laptop computers assigned to users in the office. All users are provided with licenses for MS Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat by UNEP/MAP. Structure cabling is in place and workstations communicate through LAN. Fiber optic internet line is in place and all workstations communicate with central photocopy machines through the network.
The scope of the requirement will cover:
(a) Network Infrastructure Support
(b) Office Productivity Systems Support
(c) Reactive Support
(d) Photocopy machine provision, support services, maintenance and toner replenishment.
A detailed Terms of Reference shall be included in the consecutive solicitation documents that will be issued after this REOI is closed.
