The European Environment Agency (EEA), referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
Subject of this call for tender
The subject of this call for tender is the provision of language training services to the staff members of the EEA, with a view to reaching the objectives formulated in the EEA’s learning and development policy, namely:
- to fulfil the requirements of the EU Staff Regulations with regards to the working knowledge (B.2 level, CEFR) of a third language for promotion purposes
- to support the integration of expat staff into Denmark (Danish Language)
- to support the development of specific language skills required for the job function
- to support the multicultural identity of the Agency
The EEA seeks to establish a framework service contract with a service provider that will provide support to the EEA in the area of language training services to its staff members.
