Provision of Legal Services to Cedefop

Item Description:

Cedefop is planning to award a contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes.

This contract will be awarded in two (2) steps:

• In the first step, if you are interested in this contract, you are invited to submit a request to participate. Tenders (and attached documents) should be submitted preferably in English, but in any case in one (or in any) of the official languages of the European Union.
• In the second step, only selected candidates, whose request to participate has met the requirements of the exclusion and selection stage, will be invited to submit a tender. Any tender received from a legal or natural person that has not been invited by Cedefop during the second step, will be rejected.

The request to participate must be submitted exclusively on paper, in one original and one copy. The documents must be placed inside two (2) closed envelopes addressed as indicated below.

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope itself enclosed within a second sealed envelope. If self-adhesive envelopes are used, they must be sealed with adhesive tape and the sender must sign across this tape.

Tenderers must pay attention to the quality of the packaging material, especially of the inner envelope, in order to make sure that it will remain sealed until the formal opening of tenders by the Agency.

The outer envelope, addressed simply to Cedefop (address depending on the means of submission, see point 2 above), should only bear additionally the name and address of the sender.
