Provision of Maintenance and Repair Services for Server Room Air Conditioners and Air-Cooled Chiller to UNMIK

The United Nations Interim Administration in Kosovo (UNMIK) intends to conduct bidding exercise to establish a Contract for the Provision of Maintenance and Repair Services for Server Room Air Conditioners and Air-Cooled Chiller to UNMIK. This Project include the provision of scheduled preventive regular maintenance, as well as repair services including normal and emergency activities at UNMIK. Scheduled maintenance shall be performed and shall include all material, replacement parts, labor, transportation and equipment which may be required for the proper and efficient execution and completion of work for:

a) Air Conditioning System in Server Room:
• Emerson, Indoor Room Cooling Unit with humidifier, Model: L99UA100V302020P0, two units

– Unit 1, Serial Number: 9366720001 – Unit 2, Serial Number: 9366730001

• Emerson, Heat Exchanger HBE 99, external unit, Code: 10064272, two units – Unit 1, Serial Number: BZ201000019
– Unit 2, Serial Number: 160431/2010

b) Air Cooled Chiller:
• Chiller RHOSS Type: Air Cooled Chillers and Heat Pumps; Range: TCAEY 2110÷4340 B-S; Models:

Winpack SE TCAESY 4310. Serial Number: RH00040345.

The contract will be for an initial period of one (1) year, with an option of extension for additional two (1+1) year periods. The Contractor shall be in possession of all relevant permits, amongst them but not limited to the “Business Registration Certificate and License” for such services in Kosovo.
