Provision of Maintenance of Central and Split-type Air Conditioners in various buildings at UNGSC, in Brindisi, Italy

The service shall include:

• Regular services;
• Corrective and condition-based maintenance.

The air conditioning systems are of various brands: Daikin, Mitsubishi, Galletti, Toshiba, Acson, Emerson, Tata Fujitsu, and others.

The Contractor shall be responsible for all activities related to the provision of services under this contract. These include, but are not limited to the following:

• Professional equipment, items and accessories;
• Coordinating with UNGSC Contract Manager;
• Equipment;
• Vehicles;
• Qualified personnel;
• Disposal of Materials.

Subcontracting is not allowed.

It is anticipated that the resulting Contract will be established for an initial period of three (3) years with the UNGSC’s sole option to extend it for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each (3+1+1), subject to Contractor’s satisfactory performance and UNGSC’s operational requirements.

The full technical requirements and details will be provided with a formal solicitation document to be issued at a later stage soon after the closing date for this EOI.
