Item Description:
The European Border and Coast Guard Agency, hereinafter referred to as “Frontex”, being contracting authority is planning to award the public contract referred above. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and technical specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
Overall objective of the Framework contract
The overall objective of the Framework contract (FWC) is to establish a regular supply of good-quality stationery products and office supplies to Frontex office/s in Warsaw to ensure their proper functioning each time the need arises, according to the terms and conditions described in the tender documentation.
The tender is divided into two lots.
Lot 1 Standard stationery and office supplies covers standard stationery and office supplies to be ordered by Frontex regularly throughout the duration of the contract.
Lot 2 Special office supplies covers special office supplies that are needed ad hoc in the office for its proper functioning but may not be purchased on a regular basis.
