Provision of on-call exterior, core/shell & general construction services at the United Nations Headquarters (UNHQ) New York

Item Description:

The United Nations is requesting an Expression of Interest (REOI) from competent and qualified vendors for the provision of on-call exterior, core/shell & general construction services at the United Nations Headquarters (UNHQ) New York.

The on-call exterior, core/shell & general construction services shall include, but shall not be limited to the following, excavation, concrete (civil) works, demolition, new construction, facade inspection/repairs/cleaning, waterproofing, cladding works, water tank replacement, roof repair/replacement and specialised projects.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that the above services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

The formal solicitation documents for the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued later and will outline all technical requirements, including the mandatory technical evaluation criteria.
