Required Delivery Terms: Delivered at Place, UNGSC, Brindisi, Italy (DAP – Incoterms 2010). All the offered products must be fully compliant with the following standards:
Category I – Wooden Pallets and Related Materials:

• Wooden Pallets-EPAL
I. FAO ISPM 15 HT
II. UIC 435-2
III. EN ISO: 445, 8611 Pt 1 & 2 , 12777 Pt 1 & 2 and 13698 Pt 1 & 2

IV. Conforms to EPAL-EUR specifications and standards

•Wooden Pallets-Light Weight Disposable/Expendable Type I. Eco-Friendly-100% Recyclable
II. Weather Resistant
III. ISPM 15, Heat Treated for Export

IV. Conforms to IPPC
V. 4 Sided Accessible-3 Legged Type
VI. Marked accordingly to denote standards

Category II – Cardboard Boxes and Related Materials

• Cardboard Boxes
I. Conforms to EU Directive 94/62/EC on Packaging and Packaging Waste.
II. Boxes conform to one of the various Eco-Friendly associations within the European Union, and is clearly stamped on the box which one it complies with.
III. Boxes comply with CE (Conformite Europeene) standards.
IV. The cardboard material used in the construction of the box is made from a minimum of 75% recycled material.
V. The cardboard material used in the construction is 100% recyclable and 100% biodegradable.

Catergory III – Packaging Materials

• Packaging Materials
I. Conforms to EU Directive 94/62/EC on Packaging and Packaging Waste.
II. Goods conform to one of the various Eco-Friendly associations within the European Union and are stamped on the box with which one complies.
III. Boxes comply with CE (Conformite Europeene) standards.

The full technical specifications will be provided with a solicitation document to be issued at a later stage after the closing date for this EOI.

The UNGSC reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the REOI and solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation documents when issued.
