Provision of Printing Services

Item Description:

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) hereby invites you to submit a bidding through Invitation to Bid for Long Term Arrangement for Printing Services (only for local company in Indonesia).

The purpose of this tender is to conclude Long Term Agreement(s) LTA) for a maximum period of two (2) years with a company ies) specialized in this area of services.

The successful company (ies) will be contracted for an initial period of one year, and the contract shall be renewable upon satisfactory evaluation of performance.

A pre-bid meeting will be conducted on Thursday, 9 May 2019 @ 10:00 Hours Jakarta Local time at the following address:

Bidder who is not able to attend the pre-bid meeting at UNICEF Jakarta Office can be connected through skype call.

Required documents that must be submitted to Establish Qualification of Bidders:

– Bid Form (please refer to page-3)

– Price Schedule Form (Attachment I)

– Company Profile

– Certificate of Registration of the business

– Witten a summary of the methodology that will be used to perform requested services. This shall include the bidder’s approach to quality assurance and timely delivery of the request.

Offers must be received by latest 13.00 hours (Jakarta time) on Wednesday, 29 May 2019.

Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. Public opening bid will be done on the closing date on Wednesday, 29 May 2019 at 14.00 hours (Jakarta Local Time) at UNICEF office.
