UNDP in partnership with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), Republic of Philippines, aims to accelerate the roll-out of the Free Wi-Fi Internet Access in Public Places Project, otherwise known as Pipol Konek. This Invitation To Bid (ITB) is focused on providing Public access wi-fi services at 3,000 locations in 11 provinces in the Philippines.
