Item Description:
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
In the framework of Provision of renting warehouses in Erbil, Iraq mission now invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from bidders for the mentioned project. A summary of the required warehouses is provided in the below table and more details will be outlined in the request for quotation.
Description: Renting warehouses in Erbil (on Gazna road).
Required space: 14000 (m2) to store different type goods and materials (NFIs, non-NFIs, Medical items, Tents and other IOM assets and equipment) based on cost per meter square.
The Expression of Interest shall contain information on the following:
- Email confirming interest
- Registration licenses
- The Expression of Interest shall be submitted electronically via email to IRAQ TENDERS
IRAQTENDERS@iom.int , no later than 20th of December 2020. Mentioning the title in the subject line (renting Warehouse in Erbil)
On the basis of the above information, IOM shall invite interested bidders to submit proposals.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest, and to cancel the selection process and reject all Expression at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Service Providers. IOM reserve the right to award the bid to more than one service provider.
