Provision of Server Rooms UPS Maintenance Services at the UN Gigiri Complex

The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) invites qualified bidders to submit tenders for the maintenance of UPS Units installed in the server rooms at the United Nations (UN) Gigiri Complex.

The selected firm will be required to provide qualified specialized UPS technicians who will be dedicated to the project to carry out tests and service the UPS equipment.
The firm will be required to provide maintenace spare parts for the UPS units, manage and maintain a suitably qualified labour force and provide all the tools and test equipment for the sucessful implementation of the services.

Subsequent to the closing date of this EOI, UNON intends to issue a formal solicitation document to potential companies who have expressed interest to provide the goods and services in accordance with the requirements that will be fully specified in the solicitation document.
