The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in the Kyrgyz Republic under the UNDP project “Supporting an Inclusive and Multi-Sectoral Response to COVID-19 and Addressing its Socio-Economic Impact in Kyrgyzstan” hereby invites you to submit a Proposal for the Provision of service to develop, support and promote an Online Database (Mobile application) and develop online training and up-skilling functionality.

All interested bidders are encouraged to submit their proposals.

The Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal files MUST BE COMPLETELY SEPARATE and each of them must be uploaded individually and clearly labelled and submitted to UNDP Kyrgyzstan through “UNDP ATLAS E-tendering system” (https://etendering.partneragencies.org)
