    Item Description:

    The European Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Contracting authority’, ‘Agency’ or ‘euLISA’) is planning to award the framework contract for services resulting from the above mentioned procurement procedure for Provision of shuttle services for transfers of passengers between eu-LISA’s sites in Strasbourg, France.

    The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation to tender letter, Tender specifications with their annexes and the Draft Framework Contract. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

    Detailed characteristics of the services

    1) Regular shuttle services

    Regular shuttle services between eu-LISA’s operational site, located at 18 Rue de la Faisanderie, 67100 Strasbourg, France, and temporary site, located at 4 Rue Jean Sapidus, 67400 Illkirch-Graffenstaden, Strasbourg metropolitan area, France (hereinafter referred to as ‘eu-LISA’s sites’), have indicatively the following scope:

    • Three (3) trips (round trips) per hour of indicatively 8-20 passengers during normal working hours on normal eu-LISA’s working days (Monday to Friday, 08.00-18.00). eu-LISA’s non-working days and holidays are indicated in Annex C ‘eu-LISA Public Holidays’ of Tender specifications.
    • Regular shuttle services defined above will be based on a daily flat-rate fee type. The price will not be based on the number of passengers.

    2) On demand and other occasional (ad hoc) shuttle services

    On demand and other occasional (ad hoc) shuttle services include:

    • Additional trips (one way or round trip) between eu-LISA’s sites during normal working hours on a normal working day, which do not fall under the scope of regular services;
    • trips between eu-LISA’s sites outside normal working hours and/or normal working days;
    • Occasionally, eu-LISA may need trips (one way or round trip) to Strasbourg or Strasbourg metropolitan area. Such occasional (ad hoc) services will be fee-type based on the price of one (1) km. The price of the trip will be calculated on the basis of the fastest route from the pick-up point to the drop-off point, using Google maps online route planner.
