The European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training – CEPOL, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
Objective of this procurement
The objective of this procurement procedure is to award a framework contract for the provision of temporary work agency services (provision of interim staff) in Budapest, Hungary in a timely fashion and in line with the profiles requested.CEPOL may need interim staff as a complement to its statutory staff, under the following circumstances (indicative but not limited):
- replacement of CEPOL statutory staff member(s) in the event of long-term illness, maternity leave, parental or family leave, other long-term absences, part time work and any other entitled leaves and absences;
- periods of heavy workload, which require an additional workforce for a fixed period of time;
- specific projects and/or tasks, to be performed on a temporary basis, which require specific competences which are not available within CEPOL;
- assisting different events, meetings and workshops, organised by CEPOL;
- receptions and welcoming events.
