Provision of the production of short video

Item Description:

It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (hereafter referred to as the ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of the Production of a short video. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expressions of interest from qualified firms.

Brief Scope of Work 

Dynamic, 5/7 minute video lecture/presentation in 3 languages geared towards students, legal professionals, diplomats and other key stakeholders who want to learn about the Court. Product will be filmed with a green screen and feature 3 different ICC speakers (one per language) who will give substantive legal information about the Court. Company to advise on the ICC’s script, film the speaker in a studio, edit the video, create graphics, using some ICC stock footage as some background and proposing additional footage as background.

The detailed scope of work will be given under the Request for Proposal document that will be sent to the firms who reacted to this EOI.
