Provision of Unified Endpoint Management Solution for Mac

Item Description:

The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is looking for a supplier to provide a unified endpoint management solution for Mac to manage all domain Mac endpoints. Such a solution not only supports the secure and scalable deployment of Mac operating systems, applications and software updates, real-time actions on managed endpoints, cloud-powered analytics and management for on-premises and internet-based endpoints, compliance management, but also will increase IT productivity and efficiency, reduce manual labor, deliver more effective IT services, and improve user experience

What to procure:

The objective of this program is to select a supplier that could provide, build and support the Unified Endpoint Management Solution for Mac for a contract period of 4 years. Engagement is expected to start in October 2022. The contract items include but not limited to:

a) Software subscription licenses.

b) Implementation service for environment establishment and deployment, including infrastructure assessment, design, implementation, testing, and release.

c) Implementation service for enhanced security and compliance control for identities, devices, applications, and data, aligning with business requirements and corporate policies.

d) On-demand professional services for Business as Usual (BAU).

e) 4-year support and maintenance.
